At ISLA, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to ensure a calm and considered experience for every client.
The following guidelines help us maintain a peaceful clinic environment while respecting the time of both our therapists and our guests.

Appointments

Appointments can be booked online or by contacting the clinic directly.
We recommend arriving 5 minutes prior to your appointment so you have time to settle in before your treatment begins.

Late Arrivals

We understand that delays can occasionally happen.
If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened so that the following appointments are not disrupted.
The full treatment fee will still apply.
If you believe you may be running late, please contact the clinic so we can guide the best way to proceed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee, as this time has been reserved specifically for you.

Missed Appointments

Appointments missed without notice will incur the full treatment fee.

Phones & Devices

To preserve the quiet atmosphere of the clinic, we kindly ask that mobile phones are placed on silent during your visit.

Treatment Suitability

Some treatments may not be suitable during certain health conditions, pregnancy, or while using particular medications.
Please inform us of any changes to your health or skincare prior to your appointment.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for both treatments and products.
Vouchers are non-refundable.

Products

Due to hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns on opened skincare products.
If you are unsure about a product, our therapists are always happy to guide you toward the most suitable option for your skin.
