Isla

Isla facial therapies are designed for all our clients who want results for their skin concerns. For all our facial therapies we will assess your skin and design a plan for you to achieve your ultimate skin goals. We love questions and we hope you arrive for your treatment loaded with questions for us. 


New clients

For all Isla new clients, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to complete consultation details. Unfortunately, late arrivals will result in a reduced treatment time. 

Please advise us of any health concerns, or medications you are currently taking. 

Certain medical conditions may mean we require permission from your doctor to proceed.


Cancellations

We know that life is full of unexpected surprises, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 12 hours notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. If insufficient notice is given a 50% cancellation fee may be incurred and no shows may be charged at full price.


Refund policy - product

At Isla all products are sold as brand new and for personal use only. We cannot give refunds on any products sold to due to personal hygiene and health and safety reasons. However, if there is a fault with the product please let us know as we can send back to the manufacturer for review.


Pets

Due to health and safety standards, we politely ask that, unless you are accompanied by a service animal, pets are not brought into the clinic.
